Kyiv, 18 March 2016 – The Office of the Ombudsperson held an expert discussion regarding future reform of the forensic psychiatric and prison mental health services in Ukraine based, in part, on recommendations of an independent scoping report commissioned by UNDP Ukraine.

Kyiv, 24 December 2015 – The results of the national survey on administrative service provision satisfaction and one-stop-shops / centres for administrative service provision (CASPs) were presented during the press-conference.

Democratic control over authorities, tackling corruption, well-informed citizen participation in decision-making, enhanced administrative services and useful tools at your fingertips – all of these may be a big step closer to Ukrainians now. On 19 February the draft law that introduces the notion of open data into the Ukrainian legislative system was tabled by the President for Parliamentary consideration due to support rendered by UNDP.

29 January: Results of the monitoring and assessment of situation on the administrative service provision in Kherson region to the citizens of Ukraine living in Crimea were presented during the press-conference with participation of all state and local service-providing institutions in Kherson.
